The Apartment: sleeps 4/6 and has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, living room/dining room. It is on the first floor and the main apartment is air conditioned and has full width sliding patio doors leading onto a large private patio/terrace. The patio/terrace overlooks straight onto a communal lawned area with plants, colourful flowers, palm trees and the pool area which comprises of two large pools, one childrens paddling pool and a childrens play area.

Television: 32” flat screen TV with all channels.

Location: The apartment is a few minutes walk to the town centre with shops, bars and restaurants. There is a dancing fountain area which looks spectacular lit up at night which is just down the road from the apartment. The golf driving range and clubhouse are a 3 minute walk. The supermarket with coffee/pastry shop and pharmacy are across the street. You really don’t have to go very far to find lots of facilities.

Lounge/Dining area: The entrance door leads straight into the lounge/dining area with 2 large sofa's and 2 seater sofa. Extending dining table and chairs. 32" LCD TV with English Channels .

Kitchen: The kitchen has a built in oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and everything else you might need.

Bedrooms: Both of two bedrooms have got two singles so we can accommodate a whole range of people. They both have bed side tables with lamps and built in wardrobes. Both have air conditioners to keep you cool at night in the summer months. All sheets and bedding are provided.

Bathroom: The modern bathroom is fully tiled with bath and shower, bidet, toilet and heated towel rail. Towels are provided.

Terrace: Part of the terrace is covered and part is open with attractive planters with flowers. There is a table with parasol, chairs and two sun loungers.

Underground car parking space: There is a secure (remote control electric doors) underground car park, our car parking space is directly below our apartment with a lift or stairs to take you up. You will have use of this during your stay. There is additional roadside parking for visitors close by.

Equipment: We can provid tennis rackets, cricket set and a variety of other outdoor equipment for your use.

Tennis: There are two tennis courts for residents use within a ten minute walk. We have two tennis rackets and balls available to borrow in our apartment.

Swimming: The swimming pool area for our apartment contains 2 large swimming pools with shallow paddling areas and deep areas, a childrens paddling pool and a childrens play area.There are numerous beautiful swimming pools for your use all over the resort. Some have jacuzzi’s and some have childrens paddling pools.

All of these facilities are within view of our apartment – sitting on the terrace you can watch your children playing! The complex is circular with apartments all around the edge of the central area containing the pools, play area and plenty of grass for playing on.
